Job Title: INSIDE SALES REP – NATURAL FOODS - FULLTIME

Job Description: Working in a dynamic team setting, this highly functioning individual will be focused on contacting and increasing business through our existing customer base, as well as managing assigned projects related to sales. Providing premium customer service, this naturally persuasive Inside Sales Rep will be contacting existing customers over the phone, introducing and promoting our products, and providing excellent follow-up and any problem-solving required, ensuring increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Working Environment: This is a fulltime position based in our South Burnaby office. (We have a shuttle-bus provided for employees from/to the 22nd Street SkyTrain station). Very occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications & Expectations: • Related experience and interest in grocery or natural foods • Sales Diploma preferred (or relevant sales courses) • High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and proven self-motivation • Excellent organizational and office skills • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) • Pleasant telephone manner, clear speaking voice, and excellent command of English
